We are an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC) to receive donations which are eligible for tax exempt privileges in Singapore.
IPCs are non-profit or not-for-profit organisations. Majority of the IPCs are charities, and the rest are sports associations. Only those organisations which are conferred the approved IPC status are authorised to receive tax-deductible donations (i.e. donors are given tax-deduction for donations made to these organisations).

Donor Recognition Scheme:
The LCSF recognises financial contributions from the Public, Corporations, Individual Lions Members and Lions Club through the following Award Schemes:

Public (Individual / Corporation):

• 5 levels, non-cumulative
  • Donations up to S$999, Certification of Appreciation
  • Silver Plaque, S1,000 to $4,999
  • Gold Plaque, $5,000 to $9,999
  • Platinum Plaque, $10,000 to $49,999
  • Titanium Plaque, $50,000 to $99,999
• LCSF Roll of Honour
  • For one-time donation of $100,000 and above, name of donor will be placed on the LCSF Roll of Honour.

Individual Lion members:

• Unique lapel pin as a visible recognition per donation.
• 5 levels
  • Minimum $1,000 each donation
  • Each subsequent donation of at least $1,000
  • Award will be known as Eng Ah Koon Fellow
• LCSF Patron
  • Donor of $10,000 and above, cumulative or one time donation, will be designated an LCSF Patron. Award will be in the form of a plague for display in donor’s office or home.
• LCSF Roll of Honour
  • For one-time donation of $100,000 and above, name of donor will be placed on the LCSF Roll of Honour .

Lions Clubs:

• Unique badge to be placed on club banner
• 9 Levels
  • Minimum $3,000 one time payment to get a badge
  • Subsequent cumulative, $10,000 to $90,000, each $10,000 a chevron
• LCSF Roll of Honour
  • For one-time donation of $100,000 and above, Club’s name will be placed on the LCSF Roll of Honour .
